Shiraz Dharamshi

 

Role: Partner

 

Shiraz founded LPC Group PLC and subsequently assumed the role of Group President. He was responsible for the capital expenditure of converting equipment.

 

Salim Tejani BSc (Hons) MRPharmS

 

Role: Partner

 

Salim is a qualified pharmacist who went on to establish the IN2 Healthcare Group, which was the family's retail and wholesale pharmacy business. He was also a director of LPC Group PLC, providing guidance on the development of the paper manufacturing business through internal investment and aquisitions of paper mills, both in the UK and European mainland.

 

Nazir Tejani

 

Role: Partner

 

Nazir was a director of LPC Group PLC, and was responsible the logistics of the UK operation that involved the receiving and dispatching of over 700 trucks.

 

Karim Tejani BSc (Hons) MRPharmS

 

Role: Partner

 

Karim was a director of LPC Group PLC, responsible for procurement and manufacturing. He ensured optimum commercial budgets were met, and customer requirements were fulfilled in terms of product, quality and stock. He is also a qualified pharamacist.

 

Ian Waring ACA

 

Role: Company Accountant

 

Initially, Ian was Company Secretary for LPC Group PLC. He assisted in the board in issues such as Financial Accounting, Taxation, and other legal matters for the Group and related organisations, in addition to overseeing HR and payroll functions. Ian is a qualified chartered accountant and had been a senior accountant at PKF.
